  • Mr. Andrew Spencer holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) and General Management, which he obtained at the Northern Caribbean University in Manchester.
  •  Majoring in Human Resource Management, Banking and Finance and Global Marketing.
  • He is also a certified Protection Professional (CPP). To date he is the only member of the Jamaica Constabulary Force who has attained this world-renowned Certification from ASIS International.
  • The credentials as a Certified Protection Professional (CPP), is equivalent in currency to a Masters Degree.

  • Additionally, Mr. Spencer has over five years’ experience in responsible charge, as the Senior Operations Manager at Atlas Group of Companies and over fifteen years experience in the JCF.
  • He is intimately affiliated with strategic leadership, change management and business development; having worked in senior management in the private and public sector.
  • The industry relevant, Masters in Business Administration with emphasis in Finance, Human Resource and Marketing has further prepared him to transition into senior management.
  • This especially relates to courses such as Financial Markets and Institutions, Management Accounting, Managerial Economics, Applied Financial Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain and Sustainability Management, Industrial Relation-Principles and Practices among others.
