- Jonathan brings 22+ years of leadership in the customer experience, technology-enabled digital interactions, and Human Resources business areas. With a focus on Compliance, Process Improvement and Leadership & Development, he has managed large and small multi-channel operations, and worked in several management roles serving in a variety of verticals in BPO Industries and Business Consulting, including Compliance, Banking and Financial Services, Healthcare, Transportation, Hospitality and Human Resources.
- BPO experience includes diverse capabilities in Customer Experience, B2B, Multi-Channel Communications as well as Technical Support. Jonathan has been living in the Caribbean since 2002. Because of his extensive experience he has often provided consultation to BPO and other service operations in the Caribbean and the United States, including start-ups and expansions in several Caribbean locations.
- He has published works and run National Seminars on Communications in Business, Success for Middle Managers, Training Trainers, and many other Business Operations topics.
